Each autumn we produce our own extra virgin olive oil
On our property we take care of nearly 1,000 olive trees spread across 30 hectares of land. From the treese we produce extra virgin olive oil every autumn. We use traditional agricultural methods, hand picking and cold pressing, to produce high quality oil.
A farmhouse in transformation
Across generations the property has maintained and transformed its agricultural dimension. Until the last century, it was dedicated to fruit growing, livestock farming, and cereal cultivation. Today, it is primarily dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees.
The farmhouse's architectural layout preserves the memory and, in some cases, the customs of this production tradition, as well as the capacity for many people and activities.
